What is energy?

Science has long documented that everything is made of energy. As an energy healer I am trained and initiated to hold higher frequencies of energy so I may be in service to you.

How does energy healing work during your healing sessions?

Humans and animals have energy fields that operate inside our bodies (chakra system) and outside our bodies (auric system). When our energetic vibration decreases, ‘dis-ease’ and imbalance can occur on spiritual, physical, emotional and mental levels.

Are you taking on new clients?

I always have room as people heal, are free from their issue, blossom and move on. Clients that continue sessions are working towards resolving their karmic duty on their journey to enlightenment..

How do I book a session? And how long does it last?

Client’s usually phone, message or email to arrange a time that suits. Allow an hour of your time for us chat and facilitate your healing. During our first session we complete client forms. Silent sessions are also available on request.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothes are best as you will lie on your back for 45/50 min. Healing sessions may also be conducted in a chair, if wheelchair bound or for your comfort. Rising Star sessions can also be facilitated remotely (over distance) from the comfort of your own home, anywhere in the world.

Do your sessions involve touch?

A Rising Star Healing session can be facilitated without touch. But currently touch is needed to transfer the energy for Prema Birthing healing.

What is remote or distant healing?

As everything is energy there are no limitations to the transformational healing power of the Rising Star and this can be sent to clients over distance anywhere in the world. Some clients even prefer this as it allows them to go deeper without the distractions of travel. Currently I only facilitate the Rising Star remotely with clients worldwide.

Do you offer silent sessions?

Yes, silent sessions are available on request.

Can children receive healing?

Yes, children can receive Rising Stars but not Prema Birthing sessions. From to birth to age 14 I facilitate their sessions remotely. Young people aged 15 years up, with the consent of a parent/guardian may may receive their Rising Star in person.

Why can children not receive Prema Birthing?

Prema Birthing Healing removes any etheric cords not in alignment with your highest good. And our children need this etheric cord to remain in place until they reach the appropriate ages for these ties to be released. A healthy release may look like a child moving onto work/college from age 18-21. Unhealthy cords may present as adults still living/depending on elderly parents.

How long do I wait between Rising Stars?

We wait a minimum of 21 days as the healing energy heals and releases through your internal and external chakra system three times. Three Rising Star healing sessions are recommended for optimal benefits.

Is it best not to receive any other energy work for one week after a Rising Star session, or for three weeks following a Rising Starsession?
It is best not to receive any other energy work for three weeks following a Rising Star session. This includes massage, acupuncture, chiropractic work, and healing work, etc. The least amount of interference with the Rising Star energy for 21 days following the session, the better. Use common sense. This is a suggestion, not a “rule”. However, the purer the Rising Star energy is kept for three weeks after the session, the better. Like when baking a cake, it’s best to leave the cake alone until it’s done, rather than opening the oven again and again while it’s cooking.

How long do I wait between each Prema Birthing?

You wait three months between each session, and again for optimal benefits three sessions are recommended. Each being like a trimester rebirthing you into new consciousness.

NB: You are recommended not to receive other holistic treatments for 24 hours after your Prema Birthing.

I’m mid-way into my second Prema Birthing. I feel like I’m dying and I have no control in my life. What is wrong with me?

Firstly, medical professionals should always be consulted, please seek medical support. But you are most likely feeling the old patterns releasing. Prema Birthing releases karmic cords rebirthing you into new consciousness.

When are your next training events?

When guided I post events on social media or on the events page on this website. These are facilitated in person and via zoom.
