Holistic by name and by nature, Sharon offers a compassionate, heart-centred approach to healing and personal wellbeing. Through both one-to-one sessions and group work, she creates a safe, inclusive space where clients feel deeply heard, supported, and empowered on their healing journey.
With a natural gift for teaching and healing, Sharon gently guides people beyond pain, stress, and emotional challenges towards greater balance, clarity, and inner peace. Her calm presence and uplifting sense of humour help people feel safe, validated, and accepted every step of the way.
An experienced educator for over 25 years and an accredited SQ Gold Member, Sharon has studied with Derek O’Neill since 2003. She has trained extensively, becoming a Reiki Master and now specialises in Rising Star and Prema Birthing Healing Systems.
Known for her gentle, nurturing approach and genuine care for others, Sharon is highly regarded as both a healer and teacher, supporting people from all backgrounds in reconnecting with their wellbeing and inner strength.
